Watchio is a local-first watch collection management application designed for collectors and enthusiasts who wish to organize, document, and maintain records relating to their personal watch collections.

Service reminders, schedules, and maintenance records are user-managed records and should not be relied upon as professional maintenance recommendations.
Users remain responsible for maintaining their watches according to manufacturer guidance and professional service advice.
Watchio is designed as a local-first application.
Collection information is generally stored on your device.
You acknowledge that deleting the application, resetting your device, or losing access to your device may result in the loss of information unless you have created your own backups or exports.
The application may include sample watches, reports, maintenance entries, valuation examples, and other demonstration content.
Sample content is provided solely for demonstration purposes to help users explore the application's features.
Users may modify or delete any sample content at any time.
Watchio may rely on services provided by Apple, including App Store distribution, In-App Purchases, notification delivery, and system media frameworks.
Use of such third-party services is governed by the respective providers' terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Watchio is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional notices provided within the application, constitute the entire agreement between you and Watchio regarding the use of the application.
They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the application, whether written or oral.
